 	<li>Trademarks: Brands, knockoffs, confusion, and the recent SCOTUS decision in B&amp;B v. Hargis</li>
 	<li>Copyrights: Web search infringement, “There’s an app for that,” “right click” infringement, free downloads, fabrics, Dallas Buyers Club, and The Turtles</li>

Jack Clifford has practiced Intellectual Property law since 1981.  He has handled over 5,000 trademarks with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, has appeared in over 700 Trademark Oppositions and Cancellations, and established the web site: <a href="http://www.theantitroll.com">www.theantitroll.com</a> to bring useful information to potential victims of patent trolls.  He represents various celebrities and luxury goods makers such as Louis Roederer’s CRISTAL champagne, LORO PIANA fashion goods, ALFA ROMEO automobiles, and LUSH cosmetics.
